Chinese Character Teaching Strategies in Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language

To learn a language, we must know its characters, and then expand step by to vocabulary, grammar so on. However, phonetics, vocabulary have always been the core elements of teaching Chinese as foreign characters has in subordinate position, relatively lagging behind. At same time, input both human material resources is very little, resulting phenomenon that many learners can only listen speak, but find it difficult read write. The current situation students affected further development language some extent. We face up difficulties strive solve this problem. This paper puts forward suggestions for character from four aspects: advancing culture classroom, creating learning environment learners, setting an independent classroom new media technology.
